  6. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before
  7. using this software.  Use of this software indicates your acceptance of
  8. these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree with them, do not use

  11. Shareware Version

  13. The essence of shareware software is to provide users with an opportunity
  14. to evaluate quality software before buying it, thereby keeping prices
  15. low while still providing developers with an incentive to continue
  16. development.  Shareware is a distribution method, not a type of software.
  17. Copyright laws apply to registered Shareware just the same as they do for
  18. commercial software.

  20. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the software
  21. for a 30 day evaluation period; make as many copies of the Shareware
  22. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact
  23. copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the

  25. form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.

  38. Evaluation and Registration

  40. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this software
  41. for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days.  If you
  42. use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a single user 
  43. registration fee of $19.95 can be paid in US dollars.

  56. Single user license:
  57. One registered copy of NotifyMe may be dedicated to a single person who
  58. uses the software on one or more computers or to a single workstation
  59. used by multiple people.

  61. This software is most benificial when used through a network.  You may 
  62. access the registered version of NotifyMe through a network, provided 
  63. that you have met one of the following two situations.  Obtained 
  64. individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will 
  65. access the software through the network or purchased a Server, Site, or 
  66. Corporate license for NotifyMe from MPG Software.  Pricing for MultiUser
  67. licensing of NotifyMe can be found in the REGFORM.TXT file.

  69. Single server license:
  70. One registered copy of NotifyMe may be located on a single server.
  71. This copy may be executed by any and all persons on the network.

  73. Site license:
  74. One registered copy of NotifyMe may be located on a multiple servers
  75. in the same company provided all servers are within a one mile physical
  76. proximaty to each other.  Each copy may be executed by any and all
  77. persons on the network.

  79. Corporate license:
  80. One registered copy of NotifyMe may be located on multiple servers
  81. in the same company regardless of the location of the servers.  Each 
  82. copy may be executed by any and all persons on the network.

  86. Governing Law

  88. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

  90. Disclaimer of Warranty

  92. MPG Software makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied,
  93. including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and
  94. fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to this software and 
  95. accompanying documentation.

  97. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which
  98. NotifyMe may be used, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is
  99. offered.

  101. IN NO EVENT SHALL MPG Software BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES
  102. FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS 
  103. INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY 
  104. TO USE THIS PROGRAM, EVEN IF MPG Software HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
  105. OF SUCH DAMAGES.
